WHY I DO THERAPY
My belief is that being your authentic self will eliminate the stress of meeting expectations from others.
I specialize in working with women who feel like they don’t know who they are – trying to find themselves, and keep feeling like every failed relationship is their fault.
During each session, I listen to your story and we begin to work on changing the unhealthy cycle you’ve desperately been trying to change on your own.
Through processing your shadow side we identify the hidden parts of you that are burdened by shame and fear. Then we turn that shame and fear into strength and ultimately find your voice. My goal is for you to leave therapy with values and beliefs that are truer to your identity and to your authentic self.
In our work together I help you reclaim your voice, discover what you want out of life, learn what makes you happy and own your worth in this world.
